This role offers hands-on experience working with marketing and sales teams to drive partner engagement, improve marketing operations, and support demand generation initiatives. This will be a full time (mid May – mid August 2026) internship in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.**Responsibilities:*** Assist with execution of channel and partner marketing campaigns* Create partner communications, presentations, and marketing materials* Support webinars, events, and partner marketing programs* Help document, improve, and build marketing materials, processes and workflows* Identify opportunities to streamline or create new processes to improve efficiency**Key Projects:*** **Partner Campaign Toolkit:** Help build reusable campaign assets and messaging for channel partners* **Channel Marketing Playbook:** Document and organize key processes, templates, and best practices for partner marketing programs* **Process Improvement Initiative:** Identify and recommend improvements to partner marketing materials, workflows or reporting**Qualifications:*** Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (CRM or marketing tools) a plusThis position will pay $18 - $20/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level.At Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
