Founding SDR (SF, On‑Site) — Build the Outbound Engine GTMRec is hiring on behalf of a venture‑backed AI startup redefining how B2B companies price and close deals. This is not a typical SDR role. You’ll be the first SDR , working directly with the CEO and founding team to build outbound from zero → scale . ⚡ What you’ll do Build pipeline from scratch through high‑quality, multi‑channel outbound Test messaging, channels, and sequences to find what actually converts Prospect into GTM, Finance, and RevOps leaders Run initial discovery and qualify real opportunities Work directly with founders to shape ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy Launch and iterate outbound experiments to drive pipeline growth Track performance and continuously improve conversion What we’re looking for 1–3 years outbound SDR/BDR experience (B2B SaaS or AI preferred) Proven ability to generate pipeline, not just activity Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders (GTM / Finance / RevOps) Scrappy, resourceful, and highly proactive Strong ownership mindset — you build, test, and improve systems Bonus: entrepreneurial background or early‑stage startup exposure ⭐ Bonus Experience selling GTM, pricing, or RevOps tools Experience in early‑stage / zero‑to‑one environments Track record of running outbound experiments Comp & setup $60K – $75K base + variable Equity: ~0.02% San Francisco (5 days in‑office) No visa sponsorship Why this role You’re not inheriting a playbook — you’re building it Direct access to founders + strategy decisions Clear path into AE or early GTM leadership Backed by top‑tier investors and scaling fast If you’ve ever wanted to be the person who builds pipeline from zero and owns the outcome , this is that role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
