USD 23 - 24/hr

Contract:

Qualifications: • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably supporting technical products in a B2B environment • Two years of college or technical school, or 5+ years of experience in a technical role • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with ERP or CRM systems; SAP or Salesforce preferred • Technical aptitude and strong math skills • Ability to work independently and stay motivated • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities: • Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately • Verify and update customer orders to ensure completeness • Enter orders into LN, eLogia, and ESP-REP systems • Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery, product availability, and complaints • Resolve customer issues and provide timely updates • Maintain accurate customer order records and databases • Coordinate with internal departments regarding product availability and expedite requests • Review inventory levels and shipping schedules to support order fulfillment • Provide additional support and complete other tasks as assigned by management
