Paid Search (SEM) Planner
This client is looking for a paid search (SEM) planner to join our search engine marketing team. You will be tasked with developing and executing PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns across multiple accounts. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with paid search clients, contributing to the campaign strategy, trafficking campaigns, and managing reporting across multiple accounts. You will also be responsible for helping the team complete day-to-day paid search client requests. Requirements: Implement and manage paid search campaigns on behalf of agency clients 1-2 years online marketing experience including campaign development, performance analysis, and client management (Internship experience will be considered) Proactively identify new and/or expanded business opportunities within client relationships Implement necessary optimizations as a result of ongoing performance analysis At least 1 years of direct experience in search engine marketing Flexibility with changing client demands and scheduling The ability to work with a team is a must Strong desire to grow within the company a plus Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical and SEO is a plus but not required Ensure success against client goals via ongoing optimization based on performance analysis Work with clients and internal teams to determine campaign objectives, establish search-specific key performance indicators, and timelines Maintain relationships with the main search engine partners as well as emerging search platforms and product offerings (Google, Yahoo! Bing & YouTube, BrandVerity) Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable (Doubleclick Search/Marin) Assist in the development and expansion of keyword lists Analyze and translate quantitative and/or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising and expanding campaigns Coding experience a plus, but not required Traffic campaigns on search engines utilizing PPC management tools and programs Ability to support the development of client pitches Exceptional quantitative analytical skills and aptitude including intermediate to advanced Excel skills Record and manage daily and monthly campaign budgets Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions Assist with creation and analysis of client-facing reports Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced time management skills with the ability to meet team and client deadlines Create, manage, review, and analyze client-facing reports Provide feedback and insight on reports that will be delivered to clients Benefits: Multiple medical plans 401K Excellent PTO
