Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on technical professional to lead the modernization of our workstation environment. This role is designed for a "builder" who enjoys moving beyond standard help desk tasks to architect, deploy, and automate device management using

Microsoft Intune . You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Windows endpoints, ensuring seamless deployments via Autopilot and maintaining environment health through custom PowerShell scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Intune Architecture:

Build and maintain the Intune environment, including the configuration of Enrollment Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Profiles.

Modern Deployment:

Manage and optimize

Windows Autopilot

for "Zero Touch" or "Self-Deploying" device setups.

Automation & Scripting:

Develop, test, and deploy

PowerShell

scripts for proactive remediations, custom application packaging, and automated system tweaks.

App Lifecycle Management:

Package and deploy line-of-business applications (Win32, .intunewin) and manage the Company Portal.

Endpoint Security:

Implement and monitor security baselines and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint policies to ensure workstation compliance.

Troubleshooting:

Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex workstation performance and deployment issues.

Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Endpoint Management.

Technical Expertise:

Proven experience building or managing an Intune/Endpoint Manager environment.

Scripting:

Proficiency in PowerShell is a must (ability to write/modify scripts for automation, not just run existing ones).

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Location:

Must be based in the Orlando area and willing to commute onsite (initially 1 day/week, increasing to 3–4 days/week based on company roadmap).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with Microsoft Graph API.

Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) Join vs. Hybrid Join environments.

Familiarity with Patch Management (Windows Update for Business).
