International Order Processor
Pay Rate: $28.36 $31.25 per hour Schedule: Monday Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Onsite) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented International Order Processing Coordinator to support order management and export documentation processes in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is responsible for managing sales orders from booking through payment while ensuring compliance with export regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced Excel capabilities. This position works closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and international customers to ensure accurate order processing, proper documentation, and timely shipment coordination. Work Environment: This is an onsite position that requires collaboration with internal departments and coordination with freight forwarders and international customers. The role supports a team of approximately 1014 employees and operates in a professional office environment. Schedule: Monday Thursday 10-hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Manage sales order processing from booking through payment Prepare and review export and customs documentation Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR export regulations Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and international customers Maintain accurate order records and documentation Utilize Excel spreadsheets and internal systems to track and organize order data Support administrative tasks and documentation requirements due to increased workload Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain organized records using shared systems such as SharePoint Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot tables Tab management Data organization and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Experience preparing export or customs documentation Familiarity with SharePoint Experience coordinating shipments with freight forwarders Experience supporting international order processing This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy detailed administrative work, working with international logistics processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured environment.
