Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Tech to join their team. As a Packaging Tech, you will be part of the Cup Packout processing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, proactive problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

1 st shift is from 8am-6:30pm $18.50/hour 2 nd shift is from 6pm to 4am $18.50 plus $2 shift differential 3 rd shift is from 12am to 9am. $18.50 plus $3 shift differential

Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
Perform daily maintenance of all Packout line equipment to ensure smooth operations
Repair any breakdowns during normal production to minimize downtime
Proactively adjust lines to prevent processing delays and optimize efficiency
Conduct continuous preventative maintenance to reduce future processing interruptions
Learn and teach key primary adjustments of processing line equipment to team members
What's Needed?
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions
Basic knowledge of computer processing and software tools
Mechanical inclination and aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
One year certificate from college or technical school, or 1-2 years related experience
