Salary is base pay + commission: 75,000/year base pay plus commission

Your New Role

Lead and manage a team of HVAC sales technicians to meet and exceed revenue goals in Auburn, WA

Set clear expectations, track performance, and hold the team accountable to KPIs

Coach and develop team members to improve close rates, average ticket, and customer experience

Build and refine sales processes that drive consistent results

Monitor sales metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements

Partner with leadership to forecast revenue and support business growth

Ensure accurate recommendations and a strong customer experience

Stay current on market trends, competition, and pricing strategies

Maintain company standards and ethical sales practices

1 year of experience in a sales leadership or management role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and services

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms is a plus

Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales-focused team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed

Ability to work in a results-driven environment

Valid drivers license
