Job Title Real Estate Analyst

Job Type Contract
Job Overview Pay Range: $57.23/hr - $61.23/hr
Responsibilities
Support rent and payment processing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in transaction lifecycle activities including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing processes.
Support due diligence efforts and assist in preparation of closing documents and lease reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
Maintain and update project trackers to monitor progress and milestones.
Review lease documentation to ensure compliance with requirements and agreements.
Monitor key lease dates such as renewals and expirations to ensure timely actions.
Maintain organized records and manage data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Support coordination of property management and facilities-related activities.
Assist in overall office operations related to real estate portfolio management.
Must Have (Requirements)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
Experience in real estate, legal, or finance environments preferred.
Experience coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.
Should Have
Familiarity with real estate management systems.
Experience working in matrixed organizations.
Strong project management capabilities.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration and relationship‑building abilities.

Qualification and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
