
Trade Compliance Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the oil & gas industry, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be part of the Trade Compliance Support team supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Trade Compliance Analyst Location:
Remote Duration: 12 months (potential to extend) Pay Range: $41-$47/hr
What's the Job?
Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze data to support trade compliance and data quality initiatives
Consolidate and present data insights through charts, graphs, or tables to facilitate decision-making
Interpret Restricted Party Screening results, review potential sanctions, and eliminate false positives
Upload trade compliance documents into databases such as SharePoint and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Review received documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards
What's Needed?
Advanced experience with Excel and data analysis tools
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience in document control, data entry, or related roles
Experience with SharePoint 2016 ,SAP (familiarity with T-codes), and SQL are a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment
