Our client, a leader in oil and gas, is seeking a dedicated Trade Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the compliance department, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the efficiency of trade screening processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within this organization.

Overview What’s the Job?

Interpret and analyze Restricted Party Screening results to identify potential sanctions and eliminate false positives.

Apply data and analytics discipline to improve data quality and integrity within the restricted party screening process.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade compliance activities.

Upload trade compliance documents such as Certificates of Origin (COOs) and End-User certificates into organizational databases like SharePoint and SAP.

Review received documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and organizational standards, including following up on outstanding documentation.

Qualifications

Advanced experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience as a Document Controller, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.

Experience with SharePoint 2016, including site management and permission settings.

At least 1 year of general SAP experience, familiar with T-codes for data lookup related to customers, vendors, and banks.
