Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group) is recruiting for a Trade Operations Senior Manager to be based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office locations.
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including Integrated Hospital Systems (IDNs)/health systems, national and regional Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), leading Health Plans, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), Specialized Pharmacy Providers (SPPs) and government health care institutions (Veteran's Administration and Department of Defense). The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

Key Responsibilities
Provides outstanding leadership for all key activities for product launches, pricing updates, divestitures, discontinuations, recalls, loss of exclusivity, JJPAF orders, clinical trial requests, pharmacy compendia, NDC, packaging and shipper change communications.
Point of contact for product availability inquiries from the direct and indirect Janssen Customer facing and brand teams.
Partners with JOM, Supply Chain, and Strategic Insights and Analytics (SIA) to support products with analytics, inventory monitoring, and order management processes for key brands.
Plan, adjust, prioritize and implement strategies to achieve results.
Interpret large amounts of sophisticated and conflicting information from multiple sources and make timely and effective decisions.
Additional Responsibilities
Cross‑functional partnership: Works with Program owners, HCC, Privacy, Law Department, Finance, Pharmacovigilance, Strategic Insights and Analytics (SIA), Safety Services, CSC, Procurement, Brand Teams and vendors to ensure a smooth implementation of channel strategies.
Deliver outstanding project management and clear communication between delivery model service providers and internal subject matter experts.
Demonstrates conviction, proactivity and persistence when influencing others and overcoming resistance.
Build clear and concise communications and presentations using approaches that highlight the most pertinent information for key business partners and customers to initiate appropriate and timely execution.
Interpret results of data analysis and understand business implications that are important to business partners and customers.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years healthcare related business experience required.
Ability to work with ambiguity while establishing structure and process standards is required.
Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
Ability to lead teams and drive consensus is required.
Proven project management skills required.
Ability to present to all levels of leadership required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to influence without authority at all levels in the organization and with customers required.
Preferred:
Demonstrated Intellectual Curiosity; appetite for learning more about the health care marketplace and its impact on the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated Business Insight; understanding of the health care marketplace, the competitive edge of our products, and the process by which patients gain access to our products.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and make decisions in an ambiguous environment.
Critical Thinking: ability to use industry knowledge to anticipate and prepare for the future.
Consistent track record of working in a matrix environment.
Experience in Contracting administration and execution, Healthcare Compliance, Finance, SOPs, and Relationship Management.
Other This position will be based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel for business and customer meetings. Job duties & responsibilities for optimizing channel strategy across the US Janssen portfolio; and working closely with all Market Access Teams to accentuate takeaways. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long‑term incentive program.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado, 56 hours for Washington)
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
