**Job Description Summary** The **Technical Trainer (Payroll Ops)** is responsible for delivering payroll training programs and supporting learning resources focused on payroll systems, service bureau operations, and payroll concepts for both internal teams and clients. This role builds upon foundational training skills and demonstrates increasing independence in facilitation, content support, and consultative engagement. The Technical Trainer applies payroll expertise, learning methodologies, and collaboration skills to improve training effectiveness and support business outcomes, while continuing to refine facilitation, design, and evaluation capabilities.
