Account Manager
to join their San Francisco Bay Area headquarters. This is a land and expand role designed for a strategic builder who can turn initial client engagements into massive, long-term partnerships. TLand, Expand, & Architect You will own the post-sale relationship, navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capture expansion opportunities. As a Series B hire, you aren't following a playbook youre writing it. You will create the repeatable success processes that ensure world-class Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Partner with C-suite decision leaders at the worlds most sophisticated firms, serving as a consultant on their AI talent platform stratefy. This role is
5 days a week in-office , fostering the high-intensity collaboration necessary to win in the AI space Candidate Pedigree & Requirements 5-10 years in Account Management or Sales within Adtech, AI, HR tech or demand generation tech Experience in an early stage tech company You are comfortable engaging with high-pedigree talent and executive stakeholders who demand excellence. You possess a natural ability to build workflows, manage CRM hygiene, and use data to drive growth. You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic upselling.
