Customer Support Representative

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour – CONTRACT for 2 years
Shift: Contact Center is open from 5am – 5pm CST, Monday – Friday, candidates must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift within those hours

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
Providing advanced product and service information to customers, channel partners, and company personnel
Responding to complex customer questions and resolving escalated issues promptly
Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating with internal teams as needed
Making outbound calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships
Acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints
Scheduling follow-up actions and maintaining quality data in the CRM system
Conducting interviews with customers to clarify requirements and collect detailed notes
Providing exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services
Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes
Obtaining supervisor or managerial authorization for any exceptions from mandatory procedures
Participating in ongoing training and development activities to enhance own capabilities
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are fluent in both Spanish and English
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Have 1-3 years of relevant customer support experience
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and build rapport easily
Are comfortable leveraging digital communications and CRM systems
Can manage buyer indifference and strengthen customer connections
