JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of two years of supervisory or managerial experience in mental or behavioral health
Master's (Required)
LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC (Required)
Leadership Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for administrative oversight of the Outpatient Mental Health Center daily operations
Provide administrative oversight to the Family Support Worker Coordinator, Intake Manager and Medical Department
Provide initial administrative oversight new initiatives to ensure viability until the program can support ongoing staffing
Oversee and monitor Key Performance Indicators of the Intake Manager to ensure positive outcome
Oversee Intake Processes
Oversee Medical Director and Psychiatric Nurse and ensure scheduling and documentation compliance
Oversee IT Specialist related to Best Notes
Oversee EVS and Reauthorization process
Oversee Medicare program
Oversee OMHC growth
Participate in outreach activities
Complete staff performance reviews
Monitor physical plant and equipment
Other duties as assigned
