Key Responsibilities
Conduct orientation and mobility assessments tailored to each student's needs
Develop and implement individualized mobility training programs

Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress
Qualifications
Valid Virginia Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) license
Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in educational settings
Strong knowledge of visual impairments and mobility techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Effective communication skills and patience to support students' learning processes
