Most property management companies aren’t built the same - yet most software assumes they are. At Netintegrity, we’re changing that. We’re looking for a high-output, hunter-minded BDR who wants to break into enterprise SaaS sales, work real deals, and build pipeline with mid-to-large property management companies across North America. This is not a passive, inbound role. This is a front-line, growth role . Prospecting into accounts that don’t know us yet. Reaching out consistently — calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events. Getting in front of senior decision-makers (owners, COOs, CFOs). Opening conversations that turn into real opportunities. You’ll work closely with sales leadership and TSM's — not just booking meetings, but learning how deals actually get built. The Role: Outbound Prospecting: High-volume, high-quality outreach across multiple channels Events: You are out in the field, meeting prospects and industry peers to drive conversations into conversions. Pipeline Creation: Generate and qualify new opportunities within target accounts CRM Ownership: Keep pipeline clean, accurate, and moving Market Learning: Understand the challenges property management companies face and speak to them clearly Target Execution: Consistently hit activity and meeting targets We're Looking For: Has a minimum 1–3 years in sales BDR/SDR or outbound role (Property management industry is a plus). Is comfortable picking up the phone — consistently. Can handle rejection without slowing down. Takes ownership of their number and their output.
