Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotions presentations, and updating calendars.
Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Manage logistics and planning for industry tradeshows, including booth assets, shipping, scheduling, and on-site requirements.
Support planning and execution of brand events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional attendee experiences.
Coordinate marketing efforts for new product introductions across all channels (website, printed materials, price guides, training presentations, sales collateral).
Maintain accurate product information for legacy products as updates occur (pricing, color options, assembly changes, etc.).
Manage and update inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Work with external vendors to source quotes, place orders, and manage production for printed materials, catalogs, merchandise, signage, and other assets.
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Coordinate deadlines and file submissions for print advertisements in industry magazines.
Collaborate with the graphics team to deliver required art assets for tradeshows, print materials, digital content, and sales tools.
Organize photoshoot logistics including product orders, scheduling, shipment coordination, and workflow planning with photographers and creative stakeholders.
Partner with sales and customer service teams to support ongoing projects and ensure clear communication and deliverable management.
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
Assist in managing partnerships and collaborations by coordinating timelines, assets, and execution.
Assist in managing and coordinating email and digital ad campaign scheduling and programming.
Assist in updating website content related to product launches, sales campaigns, product data, and B2B functionality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate publication of content.
Education, Experience, and Skills
Strong project management skills — ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines. Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and proactive communication abilities, both written and verbal. Vendor management experience including obtaining quotes, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. Basic understanding of marketing production workflows, including print, digital, and event coordination. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks. Collaborative approach, comfortable working with creative, sales, operations, and leadership teams. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates. Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar). Comfortable working with file formats (PDF, EPS, JPG, etc.) and understanding basic creative/production terminology. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, event management, or a related field. Experience coordinating tradeshows, events, or photoshoots is highly valued. Experience in product-based or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
