As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing in a dedicated Commercial HVAC Sales & Business Development role focused on expanding our commercial service and maintenance customer base in the Rochester and greater Rochester area.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who understands that sustainable commercial growth is built through trust, technical credibility, and long-term service partnerships. The primary focus is developing new commercial accounts and converting them into recurring maintenance and service relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new commercial HVAC service and maintenance accounts
Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, and decision-makers
Convert new customers into long-term maintenance agreements
Grow recurring service revenue within assigned accounts
Collaborate with service leadership to align customer expectations and execution
Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM toolsRepresent the company professionally in the commercial marketplace
Success Metrics
Number of new commercial accounts secured
Growth in commercial HVAC maintenance agreement revenue
Expansion of service revenue from new accounts
Development of a healthy, repeatable commercial pipeline
Long-term account retention
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of commercial HVAC, facilities, or B2B service sales experience
Proven success selling maintenance agreements or recurring service solutions
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service value
Consultative, relationship-first sales approach
Organized, disciplined, and accountable
Comfortable working closely with service and operations teams
