Email Marketing Manager
Independence Pet Holdings is a corporate holding company that manages a diverse portfolio of modern pet health brands and services throughout North America. IPG is seeking a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our lifecycle communication programs across Email and SMS channels. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer communication lifecyclefrom acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and renewalleveraging data and insights to drive revenue and improve customer experience. As we expand into SMS marketing, this role will play a key part in developing and launching SMS programs that complement our email strategy and enhance customer engagement across channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and operational excellence to deliver highly effective and personalized customer communications. Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy (Email & SMS) Campaign & Journey Management Data-Driven Marketing Performance Analysis & Reporting Testing & Optimization Deliverability, Compliance & Best Practices Qualifications:
