About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President/Principal for Private Equity Deal Execution. The successful candidate will be the primary leader in the deal execution process, serving as the deal captain for both platform and add-on acquisitions. This role involves overseeing all work streams from initial diligence to closing, leading financial modeling, returns analysis, and investment thesis refinement. The VP/Principal will also be responsible for managing communication between various stakeholders, driving execution timelines, and ensuring the efficient and accurate progress of all workstreams.
Applicants should have 6-10+ years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in private equity deal execution or investment banking, particularly in the areas of M&A or sponsor coverage.
