About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its private equity investment team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the full deal lifecycle, with a primary focus on driving transaction execution, managing diligence processes, and supporting transaction structuring. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and working closely with senior leadership on live transactions and portfolio company M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a total of 7-10 years' experience, including a background in investment banking, transaction advisory, or consulting with a strong M&A focus, and a significant period in private equity or a similar principal investing role. Experience in healthcare and/or consumer businesses is strongly preferred, particularly with a focus on services transactions and familiarity with reimbursement, regulatory, and multi-site operating models.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, owning financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring, and coordinating diligence workstreams with third-party advisors. The role requires advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a natural leader and mentor, and demonstrate a collaborative, low-ego mindset. While an MBA is not mandatory, it is a welcome qualification. The role offers significant responsibility, visibility, and hands-on exposure within an entrepreneurial private equity platform, and the candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and intellectual curiosity.
