About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Equity Deal Execution. The successful candidate will be the primary leader in the deal execution process, taking on the role of deal captain for both platform and add-on acquisitions. This involves overseeing all work streams from initial diligence to closing, leading financial modeling, returns analysis, and investment thesis refinement. The VP will also be responsible for coordinating third-party diligence providers, preparing and presenting detailed investment committee materials, and managing communication between various stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is to drive execution timelines and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of all workstreams.
Applicants should have 6-10+ years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in private equity deal execution or investment banking, particularly in the areas of majority buyout and tech-enabled businesses. The role requires a demonstrated ability to run full deals independently, a strong technical and analytical skill set, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams, and will possess the ability to lead and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investing culture.
