Arkema - - Responsibilities: Portfolio Sales & Technical Solutions: Promote and sell Bostiks product portfolio across multiple categories, deliver technical presentations, evaluate OEM application requirements, support product validation and innovation.; Territory Strategy & CRM Management: Develop and execute a national OEM strategy, prioritize opportunities, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce.; OEM Account Management & Growth: Manage and expand assigned OEM accounts at multiple levels, protect revenue, negotiate multi-year agreements, identify new opportunities.; Sales Plan Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment: Execute the OEM sales plan to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets; coordinate across R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Technical Service, and Manufacturing.
