The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for establishing HR functions in a rapidly growing real estate company that owns over 2000 properties across the US. The candidate will need experience in public company operations and equity compensation management as they set up formal SOX controls and act as the HR subject matter expert. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who will help set up and manage human resources at a company. This person needs to be comfortable as a department of one for now and know how to manage employee stock compensation. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus of cash and stock. This is a fully onsite position with some flexibility to work from home as needed.
