Job description:
Conduct title review and resolve title issues for residential real estate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and related documents. Represent clients at residential real estate closings. Advise clients on applicable residential real estate laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to the transaction. Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Qualifications:
2+ years of residential real estate law experience. Demonstrated expertise in title review and resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Close attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Ability to efficiently manage a high transaction volume. Active Florida Bar membership. Florida Notary Public (required).
