Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or account information

Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer support

Accurately enter customer information and notes into company systems

Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns when necessary

Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service

Follow company procedures and call center guidelines Qualifications

3 to 5 years of call center or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and phone skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
