This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting with inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding services and general inquiries.

Handle customer requests, forms, and documentation efficiently and accurately.

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and service requests as needed.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure proper data entry into company systems.

Identify and resolve basic customer concerns or elevate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.

Basic computer skills, including data entry, email, and scheduling systems.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
