We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Store Associate who is energized by the challenge of creating the future, confident in exceeding customer expectations, and collaborative in working with teammates to achieve a common goal. This position is part‑time and requires flexible availability on evenings and weekends. Candidates must be 16 or older, hold or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED, and have three to six months’ experience in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for daily retail operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Provide a passionate and enthusiastic brand experience and build an emotional connection with every customer.
Work collaboratively with teammates to meet business objectives and maintain the high standards of the adidas brand.

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Job duties involve frequent talking or hearing, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching. The employee may be required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
