This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline within a fast-growing, global tech environment. As an Outbound SDR, you will be at the forefront of prospecting and engaging potential clients, helping them understand the value of innovative HR and payroll solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive early-stage sales conversations. The role offers a dynamic, fully remote setting where autonomy, initiative, and performance are highly valued. With a focus on outbound strategies, you’ll develop expertise in modern sales tools and techniques while contributing directly to revenue growth. Accountabilities
Identify, research, and target potential clients through outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social selling
Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline for the sales team
Engage prospects by clearly communicating value propositions and understanding their business needs
Schedule qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Account Executives for further development
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists and strategically penetrate key accounts
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by providing insights and prospect context
Track activities and manage pipeline data using CRM and sales engagement tools
Continuously improve outreach performance through testing, learning, and adapting approaches
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging phone presence
Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
Resilient and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities effectively
Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
Fluency in English is required; experience working remotely is a plus
