Senior Tax Manager

Experience: 8+ years of public accounting & industry experience with a focus on partnership tax
Qualifications:
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of partnership taxation, including Form 1065 and Form K-1
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with tax research and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, UltraTax)
Experience with international tax is a plus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review partnership tax returns (Form 1065 and Form K-1)
Advise clients on partnership tax matters, including structuring, compliance, and planning
Conduct tax research and analysis
Represent the firm in tax audits and examinations
Manage and mentor junior staff
Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and developments
