Compensation

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Plus $100K OTE. Base $75,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses | Rapid Career Growth | High‑Trust Culture

Your Mission

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new commercial facility contracts

Execute strategic territory plans that maximize daily activity and build a long-term client base

Partner with operations to deliver client success and drive recurring growth

Embrace a performance mindset—act with integrity, document activity, own results, and deliver impact

Responsibilities

Manage a defined geographic territory, building new B2B partnerships and closing long-term service contracts

Prospect by phone (approximately 40%), refine sales strategies with leadership, and visit potential clients (approx. 35%) with follow-up emails or administrative tasks (approx. 25%)

Update CRM records and prepare proposals to keep the pipeline organized and active

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years of successful B2B outside or hybrid sales experience with full-cycle responsibility

Competitive, athletic mindset; self-motivated team players who thrive on winning

Tech-savvy and organized with experience using MS Dynamics 365 or other CRM and digital sales tools

Energetic, coach-ready, and driven to build a six-figure career through honesty, consistency, and execution

Schedule and Autonomy

Intentional hybrid schedule: roughly 3-4 mornings per week in the Frankfort, IL office for collaboration and strategy; afternoons/week designated client visits and admin tasks

Remote workdays focus on pipeline development, outreach, CRM updates, proposals, and qualification of decision-makers in assigned ZIP codes

Autonomy with accountability: control your schedule, perform smart activities, and achieve sales targets

Transparent performance standards with clear daily and weekly goals and support
