Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) About Brainfish At Brainfish, we believe self-service shouldn't feel like deep-sea diving without a flashlight. We're building the world's smartest knowledge experience — powered by computer vision and AI — to help customers find answers faster and help businesses reduce support tickets, increase CSAT, and turn their help centers into growth engines.

We've got traction. We've got momentum. Now we're expanding into the U.S., and we're looking for our first U.S.-based SDR to help shape the motion, craft the message, and spark the conversations that unlock real revenue.

What You'll Do

Own outbound prospecting end-to-end

— identify, engage, and qualify high-intent prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT, Amplemarket, Clay and Hubspot

Build and continuously refine target account lists, personas, and messaging based on frontline results and feedback

Stay highly organized — track activities, manage pipeline, and build mini-project plans for outreach into new verticals and use cases

Articulate Brainfish's unique value prop clearly and confidently across written, verbal, and visual formats

Test, learn, and iterate — bringing ideas back to the team on what's resonating, what's not, and where we should double down

Have meaningful conversations with smart, curious prospects who are actively seeking better solutions

Work hand-in-fin with founders, marketing, and product to help shape go-to-market strategy as we scale

Are

based in Phoenix, AZ

— this is a remote role, but you'll be expected to work from a local co-working space

3–6 days per month

for focused collaboration

Have

at least 6 months of direct outbound SDR or BDR experience

— you've actually picked up the phone, sent the sequences, and built pipeline from scratch

Have experience in SaaS or tech sales (strongly preferred)

Are organized and self-motivated — you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Are articulate — whether cold calling or cold writing, your message hits

Think strategically and can build outreach plans around a new vertical or use case

Enjoy refining ICPs and crafting new segments based on data, feedback, and outcomes

Are comfortable flexing your schedule occasionally to sync with our Australia-based team — a few late afternoon or evening calls per month to keep communication flowing

What You'll Get

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

OTE range:

$80,000–$95,000 annually , commensurate with experience
