About the Firm: Our client is an established boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm with a strong track record of advising corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors.
The platform provides M&A advisory and private capital solutions across a range of sectors. Partner‑led and execution‑focused, the firm combines senior‑level origination expertise with a dedicated junior support team to deliver high‑quality, client‑driven outcomes.
The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and performance‑oriented, offering professionals the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility while working closely with senior bankers on live transactions.
The Opportunity: As part of its continued growth strategy, our client is seeking to add a Senior Vice President or Director to take ownership of financing execution across its transaction pipeline.
