The Director (f/m/d) Security Consulting (CEU, GEA, and SEU) is responsible for driving security‑related sales and ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of security consulting projects across CEU (Switzerland and Italy), GEA (Germany and Austria), and SEU (France, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg). This role will translate the International SOS Security strategy and the Europe & Africa Consulting Practice strategy into a clear, actionable plan to expand and strengthen security consulting sales across the regions in scope.

Your responsibilities: Business Development & Sales

Conduct strategic security market analysis for CEU, GEA, and SEU

Identify and secure new consulting security client projects

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Develop proposals and manage key client stakeholders

Project Management

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security projects

Manage delivery teams and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines

Security Offering Development

Assess market needs and current ISO security offerings

Work with internal stakeholders to enhance existing services and support the development of new offerings

Contribute to internal and external security‑related marketing activities

Team Development

Contribute to the professional growth of team members

About you

Demonstrated experience in selling security consulting projects, from initial opportunity identification to proposal submission and securing the project mandate, in a client‑facing (ideally consulting) environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security, political science, international relations, law enforcement, criminology, or a related field

Proven experience in security project delivery in a consulting and / or corporate security environment

Strong background in military, police, intelligence or similar

Leadership and supervisory experience

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Fluent in spoken and written English and German (business level); French business level language skills are an advantage

Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
