Location:

Description At FundApps, we’re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions — and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager (AE) to drive new business with sell-side institutions across North America. This is a strategic hunter role focused on winning and expanding partnerships with global banks, broker-dealers, and trading firms.
You’ll own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise SaaS deals, engaging senior stakeholders in compliance, operations, and technology. If you thrive in consultative sales, love crafting creative outreach strategies, and want to play a key part in scaling a fast-growing SaaS business, read on. You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely great team that cares deeply about what we do — and how we do it.
What You'll Be Working On
Build and execute strategic sales plans to win new logos among sell-side institutions
Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from account mapping and lead generation through to RFPs, pricing negotiations, and signed contracts
Partner with product, marketing, and business development to shape go-to-market strategies that resonate with sell-side clients
Develop long-term relationships with senior compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders
Navigate complex sales processes including RFPs, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and legal reviews
Manage your pipeline with accuracy and accountability, providing clear forecasting and insight to the team
What You'll Bring To The Team
Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales ($200K+ ACV)
Strong understanding of capital markets, trading workflows, and regulatory pressures faced by sell-side institutions
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal skills
Established relationships with decision-makers in compliance, operations, or trading support functions at banks (preferred)
A proactive mindset — you're motivated, resourceful, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
A collaborative spirit and alignment with our values — we work as a team, win as a team, and support each other along the way
Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative spirit, and genuine interest in reshaping financial services through RegTech
A Few Things To Know Before You Apply Salary The base salary for the role is between $150,000 and $165,000, depending on skills and experience + double OTE.
