Role Description This full-time Agency Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Louisville, KY, allowing flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new client relationships, managing sales pipelines, delivering presentations, and providing personalized benefits solutions to businesses. The role will also involve conducting enrollment sessions, maintaining strong client communications, and achieving sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and relationship building
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to effectively educate clients and deliver impactful solutions
Organizational and Strategic Planning skills for managing sales goals and campaigns
Proficiency in CRM or Sales Management Software
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Adaptability to learn and utilize Colonial Life’s enrollment technology and benefit products
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in insurance or benefits sales is preferred but not required
A state insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one, is necessary for this role
