Title: ServiceNow Developer (with SailPoint ISC Integration)
Location: Remote
Target Start Date: 2/23/26
Type: (C, CTH, D) Contract
Pay Rate / Salary: $90 max pay
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB) to support clinical and administrative workflows.
Design, build, and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint ISC, including REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven automation, and SCIM‑based provisioning.
Integrate SailPoint ISC with the ServiceNow Service Catalog, enabling automated access requests, approvals, and provisioning workflows.
Build and refine identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) to ensure timely and compliant access for providers, nurses, and staff.
Support access request workflows for clinical applications (EHR/EMR, imaging, pharmacy systems) and ensure alignment with governance and compliance policies.
Troubleshoot identity, workflow, and integration issues across ServiceNow and SailPoint, ensuring minimal disruption to patient‑care operations.
Collaborate with IAM, Security, HR, Clinical Informatics, and IT Operations teams to streamline access governance and reduce manual processes.
Maintain documentation, integration diagrams, and compliance artifacts to support HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2 audits.
Participate in roadmap planning for identity automation, ServiceNow platform maturity, and healthcare‑specific workflow improvements.
Required Skills
3-5 years of ServiceNow administration or development experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
Hands‑on experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint ISC, including:
Identity lifecycle management
API‑based integrations
Service Catalog integration
Access modeling and governance
Automated provisioning/deprovisioning
Strong understanding of healthcare IAM concepts, including:
Role‑based access for clinical applications
Provider onboarding/offboarding
Least‑privilege and compliance requirements
Ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable, automated technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.
SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ certifications or advanced experience.
Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and clinical access workflows.
Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare audit processes.
Experience with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
Background in healthcare security operations or clinical IT support.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments where access issues directly impact patient care.
