
Sales Success Analyst (Temporary / Project-Based + Incentives)

AvionTEq is seeking a sharp, analytical professional to help us understand why we lose certain sales opportunities—and how to win more of them.
This role focuses on reviewing inbound client inquiries that did not convert into sales, engaging with prospects to gather feedback, and identifying actionable insights to improve our sales performance.
What You Will Do:
Review and analyze lost or unconverted sales inquiries
Reach out to clients via phone/email to gather feedback
Identify key reasons for lost business (pricing, timing, competition, etc.)
Track findings and identify trends across opportunities
Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates
Re-engage select opportunities where appropriate to help recover sales
What We Are Looking For:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional communication skills (phone + email)
Ability to extract insights from real-world business situations
Background in sales, business analysis, customer success, or consulting preferred
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
Compensation:
Base: Hourly or project-based
Performance incentives for opportunities recovered or influenced
Project Scope:
Potential for extension based on results
