Ferretti Search exclusively retained by a high-growth, venture-backed technology company to hire an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the U.S. financial services market.
This is a foundational commercial hire at a critical stage of North American expansion, responsible for driving enterprise sales of a category-defining SaaS platform into Tier 1 banks and large insurance carriers.
If you’ve sold into financial institutions, you know how difficult it is to get a new vendor approved. This platform removes that bottleneck, allowing buyers to evaluate solutions in weeks instead of months.
Location:
Remote (Midwest preferred) with 25%+ travel
Compensation:
50/50 split, OTE $250K–$300K+ (flexible based on experience)
Equity:
Meaningful early-stage participation

What you’ll do Own and build pipeline through targeted outbound and account strategy Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from first meeting through close Navigate TPRM, legal, and procurement with executive stakeholders Land initial deals and expand within enterprise accounts
What we’re looking for 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience Proven success selling into banks and/or insurance carriers Track record of landing net-new logos in regulated environments Experience navigating procurement, legal, and vendor onboarding Strong outbound discipline and ownership of pipeline
