
Regional Sales Manager

Location: Remote – Germany
OTE: Up to €240k (50/50 split)
I’m partnering with a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in Cybersecurity that is building its first dedicated enterprise sales team in Germany .
They are hiring 6 Large Enterprise Sales Hunters to establish and grow the DACH region. The company already generates significant global revenue and has a strong reputation in the market, but Germany is a strategic expansion territory where they are investing heavily to build the right team from day one.
This role offers the best of both worlds:
Existing pipeline and demand to convert quickly
Significant greenfield opportunity to land new enterprise logos
For the right seller, this is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and the chance to shape the company’s success in one of its most important growth markets.
Responsibilities
Drive enterprise new logo acquisition across Germany (DACH) targeting large strategic accounts.
Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on Fortune 1000 and leading regional enterprises.
Engage C-level stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs and senior security leaders.
Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, industry events and partner collaboration .
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and close.
Work closely with Sales Engineers and partners to deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
Develop multi-threaded relationships across large organisations to accelerate deal progression.
Accurately forecast pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets .
Represent the company at industry events and executive briefings across the region .
Ideal Background
Proven experience hunting net new enterprise / large enterprise logos
Track record selling cybersecurity solutions into large organisations
Strong network with CISO and senior security leaders across Germany
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, high-ownership environment
