Senior Landscape Account & Business Development Manager
We are looking for a driven leader who can both:
Manage and grow existing client accounts
This is a hybrid sales and account leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility and income growth potential.
Position Overview The Senior Landscape Account & Business Development Manager is responsible for:
Prospecting and closing new commercial contracts
Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts
Driving enhancement sales
Overseeing service quality and client satisfaction
Supporting winter snow operations
You will manage the full lifecycle of an account — from first meeting to long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
Prospect new commercial property opportunities
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
Conduct property walks and needs assessments
Prepare and present professional proposalsNegotiate and close contracts
Meet and exceed annual revenue goals
Account Management
Serve as primary contact for assigned clients
Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections
Identify and sell enhancements (plantings, irrigation, hardscape, seasonal color, upgrades)
Ensure high service standards and contract compliance
Operations Coordination
Collaborate with field supervisors and production managers
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution
Support scheduling and logistical planning
Assist with budget management
Snow & Ice Management
Participate in winter storm planning and communication
Lead by example
Promote our brand and culture
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Build strong internal and external relationships
Think strategically and act decisively
Qualifications
5+ years landscape industry experience
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancements
Demonstrated success in revenue growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
