Overview
Role: Vice President of Strategic Alliances
Location:
Denver, CO (Hybrid) or Remote
AimHire is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company
in the Denver area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company at a pivotal stage as they expand their global partner ecosystem.
This executive will play a critical role in building scalable partnerships that generate revenue, expand market reach, and enhance product integrations.
The role works closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop joint go-to-market strategies and long-term alliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global alliances strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities
Build long-term partnership roadmaps with measurable revenue goals
Drive alliance-sourced and alliance-influenced revenue
Establish joint go-to-market programs with hyperscalers, cloud marketplaces, and channel partners
Negotiate and manage complex partnership agreements
Enable co-selling initiatives and marketplace listings
Build And Manage Relationships Across
Infrastructure and virtualization partners
Systems integrators and VARs
Technology integration partners
Expand partner enablement programs, certifications, and incentives
Partner with Product teams to influence integration roadmaps
Work with Marketing on joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives
Align with Sales leadership to drive adoption of alliance programs
Support Customer Success in leveraging partners for enterprise implementations
Build and scale a high-performing global alliances team
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software
5+ years leading partnerships or alliances at the executive level
Demonstrated success building revenue-generating partnerships in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems and enterprise infrastructure
Experience negotiating complex enterprise partnership agreements
Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure, digital workspace platforms, or collaboration technologies
Existing relationships within hyperscaler ecosystems
Experience scaling alliance programs in companies between $50M–$300M ARR
