The Senior Alliance Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that drive business growth, revenue, and market expansion. This role focuses on building high-value alliances with key partners, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and maximizing mutual value. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, experience in partnership development, and a proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies with partners. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute alliance and partnership strategies aligned with business goals Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to expand market reach Manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment and long-term success Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing and co-selling efforts Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and leadership Monitor and report on partnership performance, KPIs, and revenue impact Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and expansion within partner accounts Resolve issues and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems Utilize CRM and partner management tools such as Salesforce Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliance management, or related roles Experience working in technology, SaaS, or enterprise environments is highly preferred Skills and Competencies

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities Strategic thinking with strong business acumen Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics Experience with partner ecosystems and channel strategies Compensation

Annual Salary Range:

$120,000 to $170,000 USD, depending on experience, industry, and qualification Performance-based bonuses and commission or revenue-sharing incentives may be included Benefits
