Our client are Germany leading, SAP Gold Partner focused on SAP solutions and digital transformation. They support customers across the DACH region with modern, cloud‑driven technologies and best‑practice consulting.
After recent success they are looking to expand their HRIT team.
Your Role In this position, you will:
Lead and support the implementation of
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Run requirement‑gathering sessions and define roadmaps with customers
Configure and enhance EC, including integrations with SAP HCM
Analyse, optimise, and document HR processes and system configurations
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT) and guide customers through go‑lives
Work closely with HR stakeholders to deliver best‑practice solutions
What You Bring
Strong experience in
SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & consulting
Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP Best Practices
Ideally certified in EC
Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset
Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
