Industrial Sales Manager

with proven experience selling industrial automation products through either

distribution channels or OEM . The position is well‑suited for a hands‑on sales professional who is comfortable working directly with customers in industrial environments and managing a territory with autonomy and accountability. The Industrial Sales Manager will own an assigned territory and spend significant time in the field supporting distributors, OEMs, and end users. Success in this role requires the ability to engage effectively with engineers, operations leaders, and channel partners while managing complex, project‑based sales opportunities. Desired Abilities: Have direct experience selling Industrial Automation products including

Switch Gear, PLC ,

low- and/or medium-voltage VFDs or motor control products Understand indirect sales models, including

distribution Channels and OEM. Are experienced in managing long sales cycles, project-driven opportunities, and repeat business Can communicate technical solutions clearly and practically Value ownership, independence, and accountability within a territory-based role Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an assigned territory through new business development and existing account management Work closely with

distributors, OEMs, panel shops,

and end users to drive demand and support projects Support manufacturer representatives through joint calls and field engagement Maintain an active, well-managed sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Represent products and solutions in plant environments and customer facilities Strong understanding of products, applications, and customer use cases Consistent follow-through and reliability Comfort owning a territory and being accountable for results Remote / home-based position Approximately 50% travel within the territory Focus on industrial automation and motor control solutions
