We are seeking an experiencedTraveling Commercial Construction Superintendentto oversee restaurant ground-up and remodel projects across the United States. This position requires extensive travel and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards
Monitor project schedules and budgets to maintain timelines and cost control
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
Perform quality control inspections and address field issues promptly
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Ground-up experience required
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Competitive salary ($60,000 – $90,000 based on experience)
