Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting across the organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, consultative skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple functions and levels
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business needs using both new and existing channels
Build and maintain short- and long‑term talent pipelines at the local, regional, and national level
Facilitate a comprehensive and compliant selection process
Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are consistently followed
Partner closely with HR, senior leadership, and business stakeholders
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics including time to fill, cost of hire, quality of hire, and candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
Support consistent hiring and onboarding practices across the organization
Deliver a best‑in‑class experience for candidates and hiring managers
Perform additional duties as assigned
Education Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of five years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage confidential information
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Experience with recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruiting
Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates at scale and for more complex roles
Experience recruiting for corporate functions
Solid understanding of employment law and compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong consultative, influencing, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Workday Recruiting
Experience supporting diversity recruiting initiatives
Call center recruiting experience
