Lyons Leather Co. is looking for a
creative, data-driven Social Media & Community Manager
to help grow and nurture our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands how to turn social platforms into growth channels, and can build meaningful relationships with our audience, affiliates, and creators. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to expand our reach, increase engagement, and turn followers into loyal customers and brand advocates. This is a
part-time contractor role to start (10–20 hours per week)
with the opportunity to grow as the brand scales. About Lyons Leather Co. Our products are crafted in small batches from full-grain leather and designed for people who want to own fewer, better things. Social Media Growth & Engagement
Manage and grow Lyons Leather Co.’s presence across
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook Develop and execute a
content strategy focused on engagement, reach, and brand storytelling Schedule and publish posts, reels, and short-form video content Monitor comments and DMs and engage with our audience in an authentic, brand-aligned voice Identify trends and opportunities to increase organic reach Content Creation
Create original content yourself
including short-form video, lifestyle photography, and social posts Capture or produce
UGC-style content that feels native to each platform Edit video and photo content for both
organic social and paid advertising Work with the team to plan shoots and coordinate creator content when needed Content Funnel Management
Help build and manage a
content funnel that supports both organic and paid marketing Identify high-performing organic content that can be adapted into
paid ad creative Develop concepts and creative hooks that can be tested in advertising Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader growth campaigns Community Management
Manage and nurture our
Facebook fan community Encourage conversation, engagement, and user-generated content Build deeper relationships with our most loyal customers Influencer & Affiliate Program Management
Manage and expand our
affiliate and influencer program Identify and recruit creators who align with the Lyons brand Coordinate product gifting and partnerships Track performance and optimize collaborations based on results Data-Driven Social Strategy
Analyze social performance across platforms Track key metrics such as: click-through rates creator performance Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy What We’re Looking For
Has
2–5+ years managing brand social media accounts Is both
creative and analytical Is comfortable
creating content themselves , not just managing creators Understands how to grow
organic engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Has experience managing
influencers, creators, or affiliate programs Is comfortable analyzing data and adjusting strategy accordingly Is highly organized and proactive Is excited to help build a brand community, not just post content Have experience with
DTC or Shopify brands Have worked with
UGC creators or influencer seeding Love thoughtful design, travel, fashion, or lifestyle brands Part-time contractor (10–20 hours per week) Remote Opportunity to grow with the brand Compensation: $40-$55/hour depending on experience with opportunity for bonuses based on meeting KPIs and performance How to Apply
